Founder of Strategia Conseil in 2006, Patrick has over 25 years of experience in construction project management. He leads a team of thirty professionals offering cutting-edge services in project management, cost estimating, strategic project planning, dispute prevention, and claims expertise. He aims to bring best practices to mediation and arbitration and offer dispute resolution solutions that avoid litigation, reduce costs, and preserve business relationships.
Patrick graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1994 and an MBA from Saint Mary's University in Halifax in 2003. The Project Management Institute (PMI) internationally accredited him as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has been a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers since April 2004 and the Alberta Order of Engineers since 1994.

As a PMP, LEED, and accredited mediator, Patrick leads an elite team of expert advisors offering cutting-edge project management, cost estimating, and strategic planning services. His leadership has marked such iconic achievements as the Centre Vidéotron, Université Laval's PEPS expansion, Complexe Desjardins, and numerous concert halls and museums.

Patrick's vision transcends simple project execution. He is committed to sustainable and socially responsible infrastructures and embodies this commitment through Strategia Conseil's philanthropic actions, notably by donating 1% of sales to causes chosen by employees.

An engineering graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, Arnaud Rogiez completed his training with a master's degree in project management and an MBA for practicing executives. With nearly fifteen years of experience in construction project management, he joined Strategia Conseil in 2010, bringing cutting-edge expertise in team coordination, cost management and value analysis. To date, he has participated in over a hundred projects as an Integrated Collaborative Process (ICP) workshop facilitator.

Arnaud has piloted emblematic projects such as rehabilitating the Monastère des Augustines and constructing the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion at the Musée des Beaux-Arts du Québec. His ability to grasp issues quickly and his rigorous performance monitoring enables him to anticipate challenges and lead his projects towards excellence.

PMP and VMA certified, Arnaud is recognized for his proactive approach and ability to detect and resolve problems in the field. His commitment to the industry is also reflected in his role as an instructor at Laval University, where he shares his expertise in risk analysis.

Arnaud's vision is based on integrated project management, combining technical expertise and collaborative leadership to ensure the success of even the most ambitious projects.

With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, Frédéric Boisvert brings invaluable multidisciplinary expertise to Strategia Conseil. A Certified Construction Economist (ÉCCQ) and member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Frédéric heads the Planning, Estimating, and Cost Control department and embodies excellence in his field.

His impressive career path has taken him from construction sites to project offices, giving him an in-depth understanding of the field and strategic issues. From the mining industry to large-scale international projects, Frédéric has left his mark on achievements exceeding a billion dollars, notably at Fermont and in West Africa.

Recognized for his expertise, Frédéric has been called upon as a consultant in legal cases and has collaborated with Canada's Competition Bureau. His holistic vision of construction economics, enhanced by his CanBIM certification, enables him to approach projects from all angles.
